A native of Minnesota and a graduate of the University of South Dakota with a Bachelors in Psychology, his skill set includes strong consultative leadership and culture development abilities, as well as expertise in customer engagement and relationship development.

Brewing Up Some Success

When asked about a career experience that gave him important tools for success, Wally cited his time as the Director of Operations for a Colorado brewing company. “It really set me up for success, as I am comfortable meeting anyone and building a relationship out of thin air,” he says. “I also had to build a plan and [successfully] follow the vision to get the company back in the black.”
